1. Introduction
This Shipping Policy governs the terms and conditions under which Mity Shop, operated by Rookie Ninja General Trading LLC, processes and delivers orders placed on www.mityshop.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy, which forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed during standard business hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST), excluding UAE public holidays. Orders placed outside business hours or on UAE public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Standard order processing time is one (1) to two (2) business days from the date of order placement and payment confirmation. During high-volume periods such as promotional campaigns or sale events, processing times may be extended. We will endeavour to communicate any anticipated delays.
3. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including all seven emirates. We also offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery availability and applicable shipping options for your location will be displayed at checkout. We will notify you if delivery to your specified address is currently unavailable.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
The following are estimated delivery windows following order dispatch. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates:
- Main UAE regions (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and other major urban areas): one (1) to two (2) business days.
- Remote or less accessible areas within the UAE: delivery may take longer than the standard timeframe depending on location and courier coverage. The estimated timeframe will be shown at checkout.
- International orders: delivery timeframes vary by destination country. The estimated delivery time for your specific location will be displayed at the time of checkout when selecting your shipping option.
All delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. Mity Shop will make every reasonable effort to ensure your order is delivered within the estimated window. However, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to high order volumes, courier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, customs processing for international orders, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations and will endeavour to keep you informed of any significant delays.
5. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to the completion of your order. Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice, and the rate applicable to your order is that displayed at the time of placing the order. Where free shipping promotions apply, the relevant terms and conditions will be stated.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information where available. You may use this information to track your shipment through the relevant courier's platform. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party tracking systems.
7. Your Delivery Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address at the time of placing your order.
- Ensuring that an authorised person is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment, or making suitable alternative arrangements in advance.
We accept no liability for failed, delayed, or misdelivered shipments arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery information. In cases of failed delivery, the courier may leave a delivery notification, attempt redelivery, or return the item to us. Fees may apply for redelivery attempts or order re-dispatch.
8. Transfer of Risk and Title
Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. Title to the products transfers to you upon receipt of full payment.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Undelivered Orders
If your order arrives visibly damaged, or if you believe your order has been lost in transit or has not been delivered within a reasonable period following the estimated delivery date, you must notify us as follows:
- Email support@mityshop.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographic evidence where applicable.
- Report non-delivery within seven (7) calendar days of the estimated delivery date.
- Report damaged or incorrect items within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and work to resolve it promptly. Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be offered in accordance with our Returns and Warranty Policy.
10. Courier Partners
We use reputable third-party courier services to fulfil deliveries. While we select partners based on reliability and service quality, we do not control the operations of courier partners and cannot guarantee specific delivery outcomes. Any issues with delivery should be reported to us and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, or courier disruptions.
