9.1 RMA Requirement

All returns must be pre-authorised via our Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) process. Items returned without a valid, approved RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender's cost.

You may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your order, provided the item is sealed, unused, and in its original condition.

9.3 Faulty or Defective Goods

If you receive a faulty or defective product, contact us at support@mityshop.com with photographic or video evidence within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with our Returns and Warranty Policy and applicable UAE consumer protection law.

9.4 Warranty

All products are sold with the warranty period stated on the invoice. Warranty claims must be supported by the original invoice and evidence of the defect.
